Function Booking- Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

  • You must be a member of Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club to book an event. You can join here httpss://bbrcwa.helloclub.com
  • No BYO any drinks. BBRC is a FULLY LICENSED VENUE. Please do not bring any Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic drinks onto the premises. Your drinks will be confiscated by a staff member and returned to you after your function.
  • BBRC requires all functions to end prior to midnight Monday to Saturday, and 10:00pm on Sunday evening.
  • Venue hirer/organisers are responsible for any damage that may occur during their function. This includes, but not limited to, damage to the Bowling Greens, buildings and BBRC property.
  • Decorations are permitted with prior approval. Only materials that will not damage fixtures, fittings and internal paintwork are to be used.
  • ALL decorations are to be removed at conclusion of event.
  • ALL tables, chairs or equipment must be returned to original positions by venue hirer if/when moved prior to your event.
  • Bowling Greens are OUT OF BOUNDS unless the function is inclusive of bowls.
  • If your function includes bowls, flat shoes/barefoot/socks required on Bowling Green. No dress shoes or heels.
  • Smoking, drinking, eating and running are not permitted on Bowling Greens.
  • Children to be always supervised.
  • Any of the above conditions not adhered to, may result in the event being shut down without refund of payment.
  • You acknowledge when signing this document that your payment will be received into the Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club bank account as shown above no later than 21 days prior to the event.
  • Venue hire bookings will not be locked in until the Club receives a signed booking form and the TOTAL amount payable is received.
  • BBRC Cancellation Policy – 50% refund of total if cancellation is not received in writing within 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as covid lockdowns) do not incur cancellation fee. Events can be rescheduled at no extra charge pending availability.
